Gaskets

When a cooler is removed for cleaning or repair all gaskets should be replaced to ensure the unit is completely sealed. GSI offer replacement installation gasket sets for charge air coolers, shell and tube exchangers, plate heat exchangers, etc. All of our gaskets are cut using the CNC cutting machines, ensuring a high quality product with an extremely fast turn-around.

Materials
Only quality materials are used for our gaskets. Neoprene rubber, Nitrile, non- asbestos hard gaskets, silicon, cork, copper, etc.

Options
Several fin types are available offering different thermal characteristics.
We can often offer improved heating or cooling capacity within the same dimensions as the original unit. If this is required, please send full operating parameters and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

Quality
As previously stated, all cutting is done via our CNC cutters which ensures an accurate product.
